NCEMS Facilities and Grounds

How often: how often it is supposed to happen. Change it if ours is different.
Last done: the date it was last done. Look at the inspection tag or sticker on the equipment, the last invoice, or vendor email. A best guess is fine. If nobody knows, tap Unknown and it will show as needing a date.
Vendor / who: the company that does it, or "Nick" if we do it in house.
Cost each time: about what one visit costs, from the last invoice. Leave blank if it is free or in house.
N/A: the building does not have this (for example no generator at 51.5). It comes off the schedule and you can turn it back on.
